A professional, driver-focused racing organization built around preparation, development, teamwork and the pursuit of winning results.

Hendricks Motorsports began with a genuine passion for racing and a desire to create a team where drivers receive professional preparation, personalized support and every opportunity to succeed.
What started as a hands-on racing operation has grown into a competitive multi-series program supporting Mazda MX-5 Cup, Porsche and other racing platforms.
From the beginning, Hendricks has been built to provide drivers with more than a race car. Coaching, engineering, organization and a trusted and welcoming team environment come together to give every driver the tools and support needed to develop and compete at a high level.

Our mission is to provide drivers with the professional preparation, coaching, engineering and support needed to reach their full potential and compete for championships.
We are committed to delivering winning results, creating meaningful value for our brand partners and building lasting relationships through integrity, teamwork and excellence.

Turbo Cat Racing is owned by Russell Wittenberg and Mark White and was formed when a dream was presented and they had the vision and faith to believe in what Hendricks Motorsports Group was building. Their confidence in the team led them to join the program with two Mazda MX-5 Cup cars, helping create new opportunities for drivers and supporting the continued growth of Hendricks Motorsports.
The Turbo Cat Racing name carries a personal meaning. Each race car is named after one of Russell and Mark’s rescue cats: the #21 is Turbo, and the #12 is Charlotte. The story goes even deeper with the car numbers, which were inspired by Rush’s iconic album 2112. Rush is a favorite band shared by the Turbo Cat Racing owners and the Hendricks Motorsports engineer, making #21 and #12 a meaningful part of the program’s identity.
Turbo Cat Racing brings together a passion for racing, faith in the team’s future, a love for rescue animals, and the personal connections that make the program truly one of a kind.
